Front Boundary & Driveway Renovation – Lee Green, London
At this property in Lee Green, London, the tenants were faced with a tired and uninviting frontage that had gradually fallen into disrepair. The existing parking area was worn out, uneven, and no longer fit for purpose, while the surrounding fencing had deteriorated significantly, detracting from the overall appearance of the property. The primary goal of this project was to transform the space into something both practical and visually appealing, while still respecting and complementing the character of the building.
We began by preparing the ground and installing a high-quality crate system beneath a new shingle surface. This approach not only created a durable and hard-wearing parking area but also ensured effective drainage, reducing the risk of water pooling. The shingle finish was carefully selected to maintain a natural, understated look that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
To further enhance the frontage, we constructed a new front wall using traditional yellow London stock bricks, chosen specifically to match the existing architecture. A neatly paved threshold was then installed between the pavement and driveway, creating a clean, defined, and welcoming entrance that significantly improves kerb appeal and long-term value.
