Greenwich – Full Front & Rear Garden Renovation

For this project in Greenwich, the client approached us with a clear vision: to completely transform both their front and rear gardens into stylish, low-maintenance spaces that could be enjoyed year-round. The existing grass areas were suffering from poor drainage, often leaving the garden waterlogged and difficult to use. To solve this, we designed and installed a French drainage system along with a soakaway, which effectively manages excess water and prevents future flooding.

In the rear garden, we laid beautiful porcelain patios to create sleek and durable seating areas, perfect for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. To complement the overall aesthetic, we installed Marshalls Tegula paving at the front, blending functionality with a traditional, timeless finish.

To complete the transformation, we built driveway retaining walls and fitted new fencing to enhance privacy and structure. Discreet garden lighting was added throughout to highlight key features and provide ambience in the evenings. Finally, we brought the space to life with a thoughtfully designed planting scheme, adding texture, colour, and seasonal interest.

The end result is a beautifully finished and highly functional outdoor space that addresses the client’s drainage concerns while also delivering serious kerb appeal.
